About Us

Dawie de Vaal and Ritchell Tigley have 30 years of combined experience in designing and building mobile networks in New Zealand. 

Together we have been responsible for the deployment of more than 1,600 mobile cell sites across New Zealand.  We have intimate experience of what is required from a design team to interact with a fast moving site rollout.

Dawie is a director and shareholder, a civil engineer by training and holds and MBA.  He's the Commercial Manager of Telcotower Design and an experienced senior delivery manager of cell site deployments.  

Ritchell is a director and shareholder, an experienced Chartered Professional Engineer in the field of telecoms structural design and the Operational Manager of Telcotower Design.  His credentials are CPEng(NZ and AUS), CMEng,  IntPE, MEngST, MEMgt and PMP.
